After being evacuated from the Peace Corps due to Covid, he found himself working grounds for a golf course while awaiting to return to his volunteer position in Ghana. He fell in love with working with his hands and has been growing his business and clientele ever since.

Kelly is Bobby’s better half and helps the team when things get busy. She’s worked with start ups her entire life - she’s no stranger to wearing many hats and providing excellent strategic vision. Kelly ran track for Arizona State University where she also worked as a TA for Anatomy.

Conrad has two high energy teenage boys who he loves immensely. Conrad is a phenomenal sailer. Before moving to Colorado he had a sailboat with his family called “The Tortuga” that they consistently won competitive races with.

Katie has years of experience working in marketing and media. She has been all over the world and has incredible pictures to prove it. In addition to managing Spruce's marketing, she also photographed Bobby and Kelly’s wedding celebration.

Andres was our first full time carpenter and has a very good eye for fine details. He grew up working for his dad’s company that repaired truck transmissions. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter who just started kindergarten.

Pedro is the newest member of our team and we’re lucky to have him! He’s a family man who likes to spend time with his wife and two daughters. He’s jovial, friendly, and always has on a big smile. 

Clement is an extremely accomplished man who operates 100 acres of farmland back home in Ghana, runs a large nonprofit school that he built with his own hands, and is always looking forward to the next entrepreneurial endeavor.
